Thank You for your Support
The work of TBU Productions has been made possible by generous community support and involvement over the course of seven years. Countless individuals, businesses and organizations have given their time, donated funds, provided space, contributed equipment, volunteered their services, and more.
TBU Productions is now embarking on a $250,000 capital campaign to support the expenses of expanding the project to serve a greater number of students, as well as to produce and distribute the film Cradle. The film will be released as part of a comprehensive social marketing and peer-to-peer outreach campaign to address the issue of teen pregnancy in Schenectady, NY and beyond. The two-year program budget will support, during the first year, the purchase of necessary equipment and other startup costs, and provide an operational budget for the creation of the film. During the second year it will support the cost of production and distribution of the film, the development of the curriculum, screening events, marketing, the roll out of health promotion activities, and other general operating costs. Meanwhile, the afterschool program will be extended and expanded to serve a greater number of students.
This is an initiative by the community, for the community, and every contribution helps.
